Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kurrio platform ("Service"), operated by Kurrio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including administrators, employees, and any other individuals granted access through an organizational account.

2. Description of Service

Kurrio is a cloud-based Workforce Intelligence Platform that provides compliance management, training and learning management, document management, inspection and audit tracking, issue and workflow management, and AI-powered workforce analytics. The Service is delivered as software-as-a-service (SaaS) and accessed via web browser.

3. Accounts and Access

To use the Service, your organization must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription after the trial period. Subscriptions are billed monthly based on the number of active users. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days' notice.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If payment fails, we may suspend access until the balance is resolved.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must select a subscription plan to continue using the Service. Data created during the trial is preserved when you subscribe.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service
Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights

7. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload, create, or store in the Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data.

We process Your Data only to provide and improve the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect Your Data.

Each organization's data is logically isolated from other organizations using tenant-based access controls.

8. AI Features

Certain features of the Service use artificial intelligence ("AI"), including the Kora AI Assistant, AI-generated training content, and document analysis. AI-generated outputs are provided as suggestions and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before being relied upon for compliance, safety, or regulatory decisions.

AI features process data within your tenant environment. Your data is not used to train third-party AI models.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by Kurrio and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during the subscription term.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of the current billing period. You may request an export of Your Data within 30 days of termination. After 30 days, we may delete Your Data.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kurrio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The Service does not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. You are responsible for ensuring your organization meets applicable regulatory requirements.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kurrio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Knox County, Tennessee.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
